RS Industries specialises in designing durable, high-quality home hardware and kitchen tools, from secure gate latches to modern barn door handles. While their products are highly regarded, their Amazon advertising wasn't reaching the right audience, resulting in a high ACoS of 128.74% and low PPC sales of $739.65. The challenge

By May 2025, RS Industries was struggling with inefficient PPC campaigns and a high ACoS. Their ads were spread across multiple campaigns and targeting broad or irrelevant keywords. While their product quality was excellent, the ad spend wasn’t converting into enough sales.
